The Australian former Neighbours star looked to be settling into LA life by popping out for an iced coffee at the coffee chain.

The previous day, Delta and Nick had a date in Downtown LA, where they had tickets to watch the musical Les Miserables at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

But as they enjoyed a pre-theatre meal with friends, their age gap proved a problem when Delta ordered a cocktail and poor under-age Nick had to sip on an iced tea instead.

The legal drinking age in the US is 21, so the couple will have to wait over two years before they can legally go out for an alcoholic beverage together.

But at least Delta will have a designated driver for the foreseeable future if she continues to date the younger man.

Earlier in the week the pair were spotted sharing a kiss and a hug as Delta arrived at Los Angeles International Airport.

Their romance came after Delta announced her split from former Westlife star Brian McFadden on April 1.

By the end of May, she and Nick were spotted holding hands and going for a bite to eat having just returned from a tropical holiday in Bali.

Her teenage lover has his own band Nick Jonas and the Administration, while Delta is famed for her hit singles such as Lost Without You and Innocent Eyes.

Just days after dropping her 21-year old boy-toy, Shancie Boyd, former Cheers and ‘DWTS’ star Kirstie Alley is dating another new guy, Ted Volynets. And like Shancie he’s almost one-third her age.

Kirstie, 60, was spied in a smooch with the 21-year old professional dancer in New York this week and friends say the two are already a serious item.

“Kirstie just can’t seem to get enough attention from younger guys these days – and she doesn’t care who knows it,” says a friend. “After dropping a lot of weight, she looks fantastic and hasn’t seemed this happy in years.”

Before displaying her floor-bending bravura on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Kirstie told her fans that she hadn’t known true love in ten years and she was fixing to change that. She’s just making good on her word, so we’re told.

The scoop is that Kirstie dropped Shancie like a hot brick when she learned he still lived with his Momma. Then her ‘Dancing’ partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy introduced her to Ted and the connection was instant. The pair have since formed such a bond she now stays in New York just to be near him.

“Ted makes Kirstie feel young and vibrant again,” one pal assures us. “Right now, Kirstie’s all about letting the good times roll.”

She was today showing off her svelte new figure - she claims to have dropped from a U.S. size 12 (UK size 16) to a size 6 (UK size 10) over recent months.
Wearing a loose long grey top over black leggings, the star sported slightly damp long hair as she strolled alongside the mystery man and a female friend.
She has been in the city attending a dance show alongside Dancing With the Stars partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Kirstie, who was spotted out and about yesterday in familiar leggings and a long patterned top, has also been linked to the 31-year-old dancer.

'What is that saying - you don't deny and you don't confirm?' Kirstie teased to the New York Daily News at Sunday's event, after being asked about her close relationship with Maksim.
And in a recent interview, Kirstie admitted to having something of a voracious appetite for sex, admitting she expects two hours of it a day - and then some.
Speaking to U.S. television host Ellen DeGeneres, twice-married Kirstie said: 'I really hadn't had a boyfriend for the last ten years - a serious boyfriend. It was the best ten years of my life. I had a lot of freedom.
'Here's my big revelation. I decided that in the best of times you have two hours of sex a day, so you have 22 hours left.'
Ellen then interrupted, asking: 'Whoa, what? Two hours a day?'
To which Kirstie replied: 'Not enough? There's the prelude, the sex and there's the winding down.'
